TEAM LEADERSHIP AND MENTORING

Established high-performance teams in small to large environments by creating a “win-win” culture embraced by executive management as well as younger employees, producing several employees who started their own companies.

Designed and implemented leadership mentoring programs aimed at the development of the “next” generation of leadership.

STRATEGIC PLANNING

Developed and implemented a detailed five-year financial roadmap to scale a technology business to $100M in revenue through internal growth, M&A activities, and new product development.

Developed a strategic plan for a technology company’s customer support digital transformation effort by using an omni-channel approach.

 

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY AND FUNDRAISING

Secured $12M+ for three start-ups through private and public offerings and negotiated a $10M real estate financing package.

Designed and implemented an upgrade to existing finance infrastructure by implementing NetSuite, developed a formal management reporting system, expanded treasury and cash management services to address risk, and formalized the Company’s Board of Directors and shareholder services process.
